◆Job Description:
As a leader in various testing projects for IoT services, consumer-facing apps, large-scale websites, and more, you will take on the responsibility of managing a wide range of test verification projects. About 80% of the projects are directly commissioned by end clients.

This role offers the opportunity to directly engage with end clients and capture their requests and ideals for the service, allowing you to have a strong sense of involvement in the projects. This also ensures that suggestions for improvements from your team are more likely to be accepted.

You will collaborate closely with development teams, as well as occasionally engage in meetings with project planners, management, and other key stakeholders to gather input and move the project forward.

In this position, you will be dedicated to a single client's project and will work directly with them, becoming a trusted advisor. It’s a role that offers significant responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.

[IoT Projects]
You will be involved in testing for large household appliance manufacturers, ensuring smooth communication between devices and applications, as well as analyzing data collection and storage. The role also includes assessing user comfort and discomfort in terms of the perceived quality of the product. Test engineers will provide the customer with results that consider these user experiences as well.

Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or sub-leader.

Educational Requirements: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in software development for web or open systems (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Ruby).
Experience in testing and quality assurance processes.

Additional Desirable Skills:
JSTQB Foundation Level certification.
Leadership experience in software quality-related roles.
