◆Job Description:

You will be managing and promoting various verification projects for Deloitte Tohmatsu Group’s enterprise clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, materials and energy, telecommunications, media, high-tech, finance, and public sectors. These projects involve IoT services, popular consumer-facing services/apps, large-scale websites, and more.

Most projects are directly contracted with end clients and are commissioned projects. Therefore, the ease of proposing organizational structures and promoting and managing projects is a distinctive feature. The company handles a wide range of service areas, and through project management, you can gain knowledge in various industries.

Additionally, the company’s unique structure allows you to be involved in the upstream stages of projects. Specifically, you will engage in the preparation of RFPs, requirements definition, vendor selection, and system planning, helping to minimize rework during the planning, development, and verification phases, which enables greater project efficiency.

Specific Duties:
・Promoting and overseeing multiple projects
・Managing project budgets and performance, as well as controlling overall project success
・Proposing quality improvements and negotiating with clients

Project Examples:
▼ Web and Business Systems (Applications, Sites, Systems, Smartphone Apps, Finance, Insurance, etc.):
Verification of delivery applications for well-known consumer products
Verification for websites of foreign platform providers
Verification of transportation-related applications

▼ Embedded Systems (IoT, Digital Multifunction Devices, Various Digital Products, etc.):
IoT projects with major electronics manufacturers
IoT projects with leading fishing equipment manufacturers

Required Qualifications:
Project management experience
Experience in development (QA test design or higher is acceptable)

Educational Background:
Graduate school graduate
University graduate
Technical college graduate
High school graduate

Preferred Qualifications:
QA or development management experience at a B2C service company
Experience in agile development projects
QA manager experience at a game production company or game maker
Manager experience at a game debugging company
