- **You will be able to proactively improve the front-end situation in the product development department**
- **As an experienced front-end developer, you will be able to cooperate with tasks to improve Toridori's product development capabilities**
## Expected work
As an experienced front-end engineer, you will lead web application development in the product development department.
In actual development work, there are the following expectations.
- The proposal created by the product manager can be incorporated into the system design.
- You can review task estimates and PRs carried out by members.
- Can be in charge of release work
- Ability to write code that considers non-functional requirements such as security and performance
- Ability to implement programs with readability, maintainability, and traceability in mind, as well as implementation with error handling design.
- Be able to practice systematic debugging such as observing logs, setting breakpoints, using client tools and capture tools, and implementing test code.
In addition, there are expectations regarding communication with other engineers as follows.
- Establish architecture and state management policies for React + Next.js + GraphQL environments and operate them with other members
- Provide advice on technology selection to members developing new web applications
- Can respond to questions and consultations from members regarding React and TypeScript.
- Can play the role of a mentor for front-end engineers hired in the potential category
