## Expected Duties
As an experienced engineer, you will lead the application development within the product development department.
In actual development work, the following expectations are set:
- Able to translate project plans created by the product manager into system design
- Capable of reviewing task estimates and pull requests made by team members
- Able to handle release tasks
- Write code considering non-functional requirements like security and performance
- Implement programs with a focus on readability, maintainability, and traceability, including error-handling design
- Perform systematic debugging using log observation, breakpoints, client tools, capture tools, and test code implementation
Additionally, for communication with other engineers, the following expectations are in place:
- Establish and operate architecture and state management guidelines in a TypeScript + GraphQL environment, working with other team members
- Provide advice on technology selection
- Respond to TypeScript-related questions and consultations from other team members
- Review system designs made by other members
- Take on a mentoring role for engineers hired under a potential category
