Job Description

Job Description:
You will be responsible for system operations for customer users.

Responding to user inquiries related to business systems
Handling IT-related application requests
Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department/vendor
Managing the creation and modification of user accounts for various systems
PC/iPhone setup
Asset management for all IT equipment
Operating various servers
Analyzing inquiry trends and business content, and proposing improvements
Preparing and reporting various reports
Project Examples:

Helpdesk for users within educational institutions and major companies

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:



Experience in system operations or helpdesk, handling user inquiries
Experience in network or server operations


Experience in system operations or helpdesk, handling user inquiries
Over 3 years of experience in network or server operations
Experience in following up with team members, task management, and training


Experience in project management or team management
Over 5 years of experience in designing, building, and operating networks or servers
Experience in communication with external stakeholders and customers (e.g., listening, coordination, reporting, sharing, etc.)
