Job Description

[Job Description]
・Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of renewable energy power plants for both the company’s own and customer facilities.
・Use monitoring systems to manage and oversee the normal operation of power plants.
・In case of plant failures or troubles, develop repair plans and act as a liaison between customers and subcontractors to carry out repairs.
・Collect monitoring and measurement data from the power plant and perform data analysis to assess the plant’s health and operational performance.
・Report and submit necessary documentation to relevant government agencies regarding the operation of the plants.

[Career Plan]
・Initially, you will be responsible for O&M operations for solar power plants. Once you are capable of independently managing these tasks, you will also take on O&M duties for other types of energy sources, such as wind, hydro, and biomass.
・You will gain a broad range of knowledge and experience, and eventually, you will be able to manage all aspects of O&M operations.
・A training program is available for mid-career hires, along with comprehensive support for obtaining various certifications, such as First-Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer and Professional Engineer. There are also reward programs for certification achievements, as we are committed to supporting long-term career growth for our engineers.

Mandatory Requirements

・Knowledge of electrical systems and practical experience in the field
・Valid First-Class Ordinary Driver's License
・Comfortable with travel assignments

Education: High school graduate or higher

Preferred Requirements

・Third-Class Chief Electrical Engineer certification
・Experience in O&M of renewable energy power plants or knowledge of renewable energy generation systems
・Knowledge of information and communication networks and information processing
