Salary Details

The salary system is composed of age pay + qualification pay + technical grade allowance (1-10 levels / 0-200,000 yen) + deemed overtime (40 hours). Minimum 30 years old, no qualifications, no technical grade, assuming on-site work 265,000 yen x 12 = 3.2 million yen (excluding bonus) Maximum Qualified, technical grade depends on ability after joining the company, assuming on-site work 525,000 yen x 12 = 6.3 million yen (excluding bonus) Assumed starting time

Job Description

On-site construction management.He/she is also responsible for process management and safety management with subcontractors. In addition, if he/she is assigned as a field representative, he/she is responsible for overall management including cost management.He/she is responsible for the preparation of construction drawings at each site based on design drawings, and for managing quality, process, cost, and safety at the site.(Scope of change) Work as determined by the company

Mandatory Requirements

Graduate of a construction-related undergraduate school ・Piping construction management work experience (2 years or more) ・Automobile driving license (OK to obtain by the time you join the company)

Preferred Requirements

Qualified persons who have retained the qualification of 1・2nd level construction management technician
