In this role, you will be responsible for conducting meetings with internal and group company stakeholders to create concepts for store designs. Afterward, you will use VectorWorks to carry out the basic and detailed design work.
### Projects You’ll Work On:
You will be involved in designing stores for not only the company's own "Kamukura" brand, but also for other restaurants operated by group companies, such as Chinese restaurants and sushi bars.
### Work Process:
- Conduct meetings with internal and group company stakeholders to establish concepts.
- Create basic and detailed designs using VectorWorks.
### Types of Projects:
You will be handling the design of stores not only for "Kamukura," but also for other restaurants operated by the group, including Chinese restaurants and sushi bars.
### Store Opening Plans:
In FY2020, 11 stores were opened primarily in the Kansai region, and for FY2021, 10 to 20 stores of "Kamukura" and other group restaurants are planned for opening. Each designer will be responsible for designing about one store per month. Since the stores are for either the company or the group, deadlines are generally flexible and can be adjusted as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in designing restaurants or foodservice establishments

- 8.5 hours of work per day / 60-minute break (actual work time: 8.5 hours) - The company operates under a yearly variable working hours system. - The prescribed working hours are structured so that the average workweek does not exceed 40 hours within the target period.
