Job Description

As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, repairing, and modifying semiconductor manufacturing equipment known as "die bonding" at customer sites. Note: There are no construction duties involved.

The area of responsibility is broad, with clients located in Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Brazil, and the EU. Note: However, opportunities in Brazil and the EU are limited.

Annual business trips will amount to approximately 2 to 3 months in total days.
Additionally, you will also handle communication with customers and local service members.

Product: In the semiconductor manufacturing process, the process of adhering chips that have been diced from wafers to substrates is called bonding, and the equipment used for this is referred to as a bonder.

Organizational Structure: The Quality Assurance Department's Technical Service Division consists of 7 members. The workplace atmosphere is global, featuring individuals from overseas, both male and female, and a wide range of ages.

Mandatory Requirements

Those who studied science and engineering in school ■Working experience in some kind of mechanical or electrical work related to equipment [English Proficiency] ■English language skills at a daily conversational level.
Those who can work in Yamanashi for a long term and stable job.

Preferred Requirements

・Experience in the semiconductor industry, or in a similar industry.

Personality we are looking for≫ A person who is cooperative as a team, and pursues new technologies, and works with a sense of speed.
