■Job Description
There are two main responsibilities: "development" to acquire new customers, and "support" to provide services to existing customers. As a software engineer, your mission is to support and enhance both of these functions from a technical standpoint.
Specifically, you will:
・Build and expand manufacturing industry databases and develop systems for utilizing the data effectively.
・Develop SaaS products for the manufacturing industry.
・Develop business support systems utilizing GPT-4.
・Solve customer issues that arise during the support process.

It aims to improve mismatches in small to medium-sized manufacturing companies and match them with optimal clients.
About Our Business
Our matching service directly gathers technical information from client executives and uses a database of 600,000 manufacturing companies to connect them with businesses that need their technology.
For example, we match clients with projects ranging from small lathe processing jobs using aluminum materials to large part processing for car body parts or stainless steel sheet metal projects—various types of projects that tend to have high charges.
While responding to the various demands from many manufacturing executives, we have successfully connected over 5,000 purchasing, development, and production technology department personnel. The projects we research meet the materials, sizes, shapes, and lot requirements that our clients specialize in, allowing them to increase their charges.
At the core of this service are the database and web application, and to optimize Japan's supply chain, we have established a development department.
Future Outlook
To ensure the survival of Japan's small factories and the inheritance of their technical skills, we will continue to create services that support them and expand our business in multiple areas. We aim to complete the sales support system this fiscal year, and in the following seasons, we plan to launch new services as a SaaS vendor specializing in small to medium-sized manufacturing companies.
No prior knowledge of the manufacturing industry is necessary. The business side will carefully listen to customer issues and workflows, and the sales and development teams will work together to achieve the mission.
