This position involves working on **ERP/EPM package system development projects**, based on the growing demand for ERP/EPM expertise in the market. For those without experience, it is possible to start as a team member. You will be involved in projects handled by **ADX Consulting**, a member of the HOPES Group, including shallow-projects and orders from major companies' system subsidiaries.
**Specific Roles**:
- **ERP/EPM Engineer / Team Member**
Involved in testing and maintenance projects for ERP/EPM packages, including test procedures and program modifications.
*ERP/EPM experience is welcome but not required.*
- **ERP/EPM Engineer / Leader**
Participate in ERP/EPM package implementation projects, including design and development stages.
*Leader positions can be negotiated for full remote work.*
Currently, ERP is mainly handled with **Oracle ERP Cloud** and **SAP S/4 HANA**, and EPM is mainly **Oracle EPM Cloud** and **Anaplan**. The scope of responsibilities will be discussed based on your experience.
**About ERP and EPM**
- **ERP** (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrates core business operations like accounting, human resources, production, logistics, and sales to improve efficiency and centralize information.
- **EPM** (Enterprise Performance Management) systems focus on management accounting, sales, and supply chain management, helping to create plans for human resources, budgets, and sales.
