Job Description

This is a position where you will be involved in development projects for ERP and EPM package systems, based on the increasing market trend for ERP and EPM expertise. For those with no experience, starting as a member is also possible.
You will participate in projects where ADX Consulting, a part of the Hope Group, provides implementation consulting. Many of the projects involve shallow commercial flows or orders from major companies' system subsidiaries.

Specifically,
**ERP/EPM Engineer / Member**
You will be involved in test and operational maintenance projects for ERP/EPM packages, working on testing processes and program modifications.
*ERP/EPM beginners welcome*

**ERP/EPM Engineer / Leader**
You will be involved in design and development phases in ERP/EPM package implementation projects.
*Leader positions may offer the possibility of full remote work*
Currently, we handle ERP systems like Oracle ERP Cloud and SAP S/4 HANA, and EPM systems like Oracle EPM Cloud and Anaplan. We will discuss your responsibilities based on your experience.

**Reference: About ERP and EPM**
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) refers to systems that integrate and streamline core business functions like accounting, human resources, production, logistics, and sales, aiming for greater efficiency and centralized information.
EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) refers to systems used in management accounting, sales, and SCM (Supply Chain Management) to create various plans, such as workforce planning, budget planning, and sales planning.

Mandatory Requirements

**ERP Engineer: Leader**
**[Required]**
- At least 3 years of experience in any phase of the ERP implementation to maintenance process (preferably with Oracle or SAP products)
- Knowledge of business processes in any of the following areas: financial accounting, sales and purchasing, inventory management
- Experience in leading or managing projects (progress management, issue resolution, etc.)

**EPM Engineer**
**[Required]**
- At least 1 year of experience in management accounting or analysis (experience with BI tools)

Preferred Requirements

ERP Engineer: Leader

Development experience with SAP products or Oracle products
Holding a bookkeeping qualification
Experience in ERP implementation
EPM Engineer
[Preferred]

Knowledge of Anaplan
Understanding of multidimensional databases (CUBE)
