To achieve this, the company is seeking an SI sales professional who can work alongside clients, from upstream to help solve their challenges, while focusing on cross-selling to existing clients and acquiring new ones.
◆Job Description
Using the BTC (Business Technology Creative) approach, you will propose solutions tailored to clients’ challenges. At each stage—from hearing client needs to proposal and closing—you will combine the company’s capabilities and solutions to actively support clients' business expansion and digital transformation (DX). After the project closes, you will continue to build relationships with clients by supporting them through the project, ensuring ongoing assistance. Through consistent engagement, the goal is to build long-term trust with clients and create additional business opportunities.

・Understanding and analyzing client challenges
・Assembling proposal teams, formulating proposal strategies, presenting solutions, and closing deals
・Developing and executing cross-sell strategies for existing clients

◆Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
One of the following experiences is required:
Experience in IT domain proposal sales (intangible products)
Experience in business development or business strategy formulation at a consulting firm or a corporate organization
Proven performance as a top performer in B2B sales within the system development domain
Education: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or High School diploma
◆Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience as a PM (Project Manager) or PdM (Product Manager) in IT projects
Experience in communication with CXO-level executives
Experience in managing large-scale projects
Experience in planning and promoting DX (Digital Transformation)
Experience as a responsible person for creating new businesses
