In this role, you will be responsible for sales proposals to mid-sized to large companies (in sectors such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, and real estate) for core business systems, ERP system development, and implementation solutions. You will handle the entire process of sales strategy formulation and execution to secure prime projects.
This is a key position where you will contribute to expanding both our company and the client's business by understanding our solutions and the client's business needs, and proposing solutions to address challenges.
Specifically, the tasks include:
■ Sales to end-users, system consultants, and SI vendors
- From generating project opportunities to actual selling and post-order follow-up, including the following tasks:
- Developing sales strategies and acquiring new clients
- Proposal sales to secure prime projects in system development
- Discussions with clients regarding their future vision
- Understanding the client's IT development processes, budgets, and annual project numbers
- Creating and proposing account plans based on the client's business plans and industry trends
- Contract negotiations and adjustments
[Required]
More than 5 years of sales experience in IT solutions (Sier, SES, contract development, etc.)
Management experience
Experience in setting and managing KPIs
Education: At least junior high school graduate
