Job Description

◆Recruitment Background
The company plays a role as a partner leading business transformation by providing advanced technologies necessary for digital and cloud shifts in a one-stop manner. Within this scope, there has been steady growth in the field of SES (System Engineering Services), and in order to further expand the business, we are currently seeking new colleagues for SES sales.

◆Job Description
As an SES Salesperson, you will work on generating leads and proposing optimal personnel solutions tailored to customer needs in collaboration with the Business Partner Promotion Team. Moreover, you will create opportunities for proactive cross-selling proposals by collaborating with the SI Sales Team and the technical department according to customer issues. Depending on experience, there is a possibility for advancement to the SI Sales Team.

◆ Acquisition of new SES cases and management of existing clients
Providing optimal resources tailored to project needs
Building long-term relationships with clients
Collaborating with the SI sales team to execute cross-selling activities

◆ Strengths of the team

Mandatory Requirements

Qualifications for Application (Required)
One of the following experiences is required:

- Experience in proposal sales in the IT sector (intangible products)
- Business development and business strategy planning experience in a consulting firm or business company
- Track record as a high performer in BtoB sales in the system development field

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school

Preferred Requirements
