■Position
In-house SE (BPR/DX promotion)

■Mission
・Promote the DX of the SI Business Division (IT Department) and contribute to the collection, analysis and utilization of information
・Achieve a reduction in the cost of information analysis for each organization's managers

■Job Description
・Conduct market analysis and collect, analyze and utilize information related to things such as numerical data, talent management and cloud solutions
・Create documents (system design documents, operation manuals, analysis materials, etc.) that are necessary for DX, etc.

■Features
・As the SI Business Division (IT Department) as a whole is focusing on DX, you will be able to be involved in business development.
・As you will be involved in infrastructure construction, you will be able to acquire not only technical skills, but also problem-solving and proposal skills. You will also be able to make proposals to management.
・As you will be working as an in-house SE, you will be able to use the telecommuting/flexible work system. You can decide for yourself, and there are also members who are working almost entirely remotely.

■Background to recruitment
One member of the team has been transferred to another department to promote cloud solutions in the SI business division, so we are looking to recruit one person to strengthen the team.

■Company culture
You will be assigned to the Quality Control Department. There are currently three members, including the department manager.
As we are involved in infrastructure construction and there is a lot of work that involves creating something from scratch, there are many members with a strong sense of curiosity and ambition.
In addition, we hold regular meetings to check each other's progress as a team.

Mandatory Requirements

■Required
・Experience in creating design documents (at least one of the following documents: request for proposal to operation manual) for system development
・3 years or more experience in system development (basic design to testing)
or
・Experience in designing/building Salesforce or ServiceNow, regardless of scale (number of years does not matter)

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school

Preferred Requirements

・Those with experience in building/analyzing data infrastructure
・Those with experience in the company's information systems department/system engineer and experience in considering/implementing systems
・Those with knowledge/experience in cloud computing
・Those with presentation skills and experience
