【Job Description】
You will be responsible for proposing and closing various solutions, starting with the development and implementation of core and business systems, to end-user companies and major SIers. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships.
This is an important position where you will contribute to the expansion of both our company and customers' businesses by understanding our solutions and customers' business needs, and proposing solutions to their challenges.
Specifically, you will:
■ Solution sales to end-users (large financial, manufacturing, real estate industries, etc.) and major SIers
- From project creation to actual selling and follow-up after receiving orders, handling a full range of sales tasks, including:
- Discussions with customers regarding their vision for the future
- Understanding of customers' IT development processes, budgets, and annual project numbers
- Creating and proposing account plans based on customers' management plans and industry trends
- Building internal structures and team building for realizing account plans
- Adjusting and negotiating contract details
- Expanding projects and negotiating price increases with existing customers.
【Required】
- More than 3 years of solution sales experience in the IT industry
or
- More than 3 years of sales experience in the recruitment industry (for the IT sector)
【Preferred】
- SES sales experience
- Experience in new business development
- Management experience
- Experience in sales strategy planning
