Job Description

As part of the new business development team, you will be responsible for proposing sales solutions, including the development and implementation of core and business systems, as well as ERP systems, to mid-sized and upper-middle companies in industries such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, and real estate, which represent a blue ocean market.

You will handle the full range of tasks from planning to executing sales strategies aimed at securing prime projects. By understanding both our solutions and our clients' businesses, you will propose solutions to their challenges, contributing to the expansion of both our business and the clients’ business.

This position is a key role within our sales department, which is currently expanding prime projects, and is critical to achieving our medium-term goal of "¥10 billion in sales by 2025."

Specifically, you will:
■ Solution sales aimed at acquiring prime projects
- From project creation to actual selling and follow-up after receiving orders, handling a full range of sales tasks, including:
- Developing sales strategies and acquiring new clients
- Proposal-based sales aimed at securing prime projects in system development
- Discussions with customers regarding their vision for the future
- Understanding customers' IT development processes, budgets, and annual project numbers
- Creating and proposing account plans based on customers' management plans and industry trends
- Adjusting and negotiating contract details

Mandatory Requirements

- More than 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
or
- More than 3 years of recruitment sales experience for the IT industry
- Experience in new business development
