The main duties will involve route sales and new business development for Tier 1 manufacturers (first-tier suppliers to automakers). You will work with development and purchasing staff at automotive parts manufacturers, receiving project inquiries (drawings) for parts such as seats, locks, and regulators, providing shape proposals and quotes, and securing orders for new parts. After joining, you will learn the basic tasks from senior employees and gradually become self-sufficient in handling them. New parts that you secure orders for will be used in products such as seats at automotive parts manufacturers, and eventually be installed in vehicles by finished vehicle manufacturers.

**Team Structure:**
The sales department you will be assigned to consists of 7 members (1 Sales Manager, 2 Section Managers, and 4 staff members).
