Points

[Recruitment Background] Our company is currently experiencing record-high sales and is in the midst of its second founding phase. We are focusing on expanding prime projects and ERP implementation projects, especially for mid-sized companies and upper mid-sized enterprises. In order to achieve ¥10 billion in sales by 2025, we are looking for new members to join our team. [Company Characteristics] With the motto "Back-office DX" and "Make work fun!", we aim to improve corporate competitiveness by transforming back-office business processes and the way people work. We specialize in consulting, building, and implementing cloud ERP, CRM, and other packages, as well as developing various business systems through custom development. A key feature of our company is that we often take on leading roles in large corporate projects. We have been focusing on new graduate hires and have continued to grow through the success of our young employees. Moving forward, we are entering our second founding phase and are now placing more emphasis on mid-career hiring. [Our Appeal] Dynamic and Young Workforce We regularly hire young engineers, even those without prior experience, and provide support for their education and development through our technical department. Due to the nature of our business, internal communication can sometimes become sparse, so we consciously create opportunities for team interaction. Rich Internal Communication We hold a company-wide meeting once a month to share the company’s performance, goals, and initiatives from each department. We also organize online game events, futsal and hiking club activities, and social events such as drinking and dining to encourage interaction among employees. Once a year, we hold an all-employee meeting, where we award employees, present management policies from the division heads, and host quizzes and other activities to strengthen the company’s unity. Work-Life Balance Over 80% of employees work remotely. The average overtime per month is just 6 hours (2021 annual record).
