Job Description

[Overview]
・Promote business process reform through DX (Digital Transformation)
・Lead business process reform alongside internal users to drive the company’s DX initiatives.
・Identify technological innovations, introduce new technologies within the organization, and promote business process transformation.

[Job Description]
・Planning and developing in-house systems for the entire company (gathering themes, discussing ideas, and creating plans)
・Developing implementation plans for in-house system projects (selecting themes, creating execution plans)
・Launching, promoting, and managing development projects
・Monitoring the latest technology trends and evaluating the introduction of new technologies

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader in system development

Education: High school graduate or higher

Preferred Requirements

Relevant certifications are preferred
