Job Description

The company's Financial Systems Division has about 20 projects of various sizes, mainly for megabanks and trust banks, and is particularly strong in derivative trading, market risk management, and trust business EUC development.

While focusing on these areas, the company is also expanding into new fields such as data utilization projects using BI and ETL tools and ESG-related businesses, and is looking for a wide range of candidates, from SEs with the potential to lead projects in the future, PL/PMs with leadership experience, to veterans who can lead organizations.

As this is a prime to quasi-prime position that allows you to directly interact with customers, you can grow into upstream processes, leaders, and even organizational management roles such as PMs, group leaders (section managers), and department managers, based on the design and implementation skills you have cultivated so far.

As the company is also challenging itself in areas other than finance, it is possible to acquire a wide range of industry knowledge, not just master finance. In terms of technology, in addition to relatively new technologies such as Python, various cloud technologies, and agile development, the company is also actively working on the low-code field with an eye to the future.

[Recruiting positions]

①Web System SE: An engineer with knowledge of REST API design for web applications and state management such as Redux. Also welcome are those with experience in front-end development using React and modernization of large-scale systems.

In the future, there is also the possibility of playing a role in technical support across business divisions without being assigned to a specific project.

②Financial SE: This position allows you to gain knowledge of financial operations while experiencing upstream and downstream processes, and in the future, you will be able to grow in multiple areas, including all processes and management.

③Financial PL: First, you will act as a sub-leader, but in the future you will be responsible for promoting projects as a PL/PM. We also hope that you will be enthusiastic about managing projects and organizations, such as training junior employees.

④Infrastructure SE: An infrastructure engineer for development projects. You can aim to be a full-stack engineer who can be involved in business application development while performing app infrastructure tasks such as setting up Linux/Windows OS and middleware.

We have been involved in building systems for megabanks, mainly derivative transactions, for many years, and many large-scale projects are planned, such as full-scale renovations of these systems by reviewing their architecture.

This department has a large number of young people, with new graduates and second-time graduates assigned to it every year. The departments and groups assigned to them are divided according to clients and work. The division is not divided vertically, but operates flexibly within the division, ensuring fluidity. In addition to the above, there are around 150 partners.

Responsible for the entire development process from user requirements organization to various designs to manufacturing/verification according to experience

■Expected career plan
Assigned to projects where the company's employees are working, you will deepen your understanding of the company's culture, while building your network with customers/partners and your career in financial business system development, aiming to step up to the upstream process and become a leader. After that, you will serve as PL/PM assistant for retention projects and also participate in proposal activities for new projects.

In addition, you will be expected to take on the role of PM and in the future, be entrusted with line management of 5 to 10 subordinates as a group leader. It is also possible to gain further management experience and aim to become a department manager.
Even if you do not have knowledge of financial business, we will provide support to help you catch up, so young people in particular can fully respond as long as they have an interest in and a mindset to deepen their understanding of financial business.

Mandatory Requirements
