You will be responsible for software development and maintenance tasks that support industries around the world.
This role involves the development and design of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specifically focusing on the "die bonding" process, which is a later stage in semiconductor manufacturing where cut silicon is adhered to substrates.

In the semiconductor manufacturing process, the process of adhering chips that have been diced from wafers to substrates is called bonding, and the equipment used for this is referred to as a die bonder. [Required Qualifications]

Candidates with experience in embedded software, application development, real-time operating systems, image recognition systems, and automatic control of devices.

Candidates with experience in C language software development and system operation/maintenance.
Individuals who can work long-term and stably in Yamanashi.
