- Guidance on operation and settings via email and phone
The content is guidance on how to operate PCs and smartphones, how to operate apps, etc.
- Guidance on how to deal with malfunctions (inquiries in English are also available)

Inquiries will be made by email, phone, and chat tools.

Shift system: 7:00-16:00, 13:00-22:00, 22:00-7:00 (8 hours work/1 hour break) Requested days off will be considered.
