Job Description

[Job Description]
At Hopes, when providing IT services to clients, we often collaborate with external partner engineers on projects.
This role involves building relationships with the partner companies to which these engineers belong. You will be responsible for recruiting engineers suited for projects received from end-user companies or large system integrators, ensuring staffing is met and supporting project success.
By understanding our solutions and the client's business, and collaborating with partner companies to propose solutions to challenges, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth of both our business and that of our clients and partners.
Specifically, you will be involved in:

Informing partner companies about projects
Conducting negotiations with partner companies (primarily online)
Registering engineer information (skills and experience) and proposing internally
Setting up business briefings
Following up on contracts after participation is confirmed
Confirming contract renewals for engineers already participating
Guiding engineers to e-learning courses
Responding to inquiries from partner companies
Planning, implementing, and managing internal initiatives
Attending various internal meetings
You will be working with a team to carry out these tasks, and the scope of responsibilities will be discussed based on your experience.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have experience in one of the following:

Sales experience in the human resources industry (industry experience not specified)
Employment history at an SES company (any role)
Experience in coordinating between clients and internal departments
B2B sales experience
Education: At least junior high school graduate
