After joining the company, you will start by working on making bags for packaging products such as food (bag manufacturing). Initially, you will be involved in production as a manufacturing staff member and gradually learn about production management, which involves overseeing the production process.
**Work Process Overview:**
◎ **Setting up equipment**
You will receive roll-shaped films as materials for the bags and set them up in the equipment. The setup will consider factors like the "cut width" and "seal position" to produce bags of various sizes and shapes. The weight of the cardboard packages containing the products is about 10–20 kg, but even female employees can easily transport them.
◎ **Start of production**
You will check the trial products to ensure they meet specifications (size, shape, cut, strength, etc.). Once they pass the inspection, full-scale production begins. About 100 bags are produced per minute. There are four machines, and you will work together with a team of 10 people.
◎ **Packaging**
You will manually pack the bags into cases. Each product has specific packaging instructions, so you will need to follow those steps carefully and efficiently.
◎ **Inspection**
During production, periodic inspections will be carried out. You will also be responsible for routine maintenance tasks such as daily checks and cleaning.
*The lead time from order to delivery is typically between the next day and two weeks. Around 200,000 bags are produced daily.*
**Eventually, you will be entrusted with production management:**
Once you are comfortable with the manufacturing tasks, you will gradually take on production management duties.
◎ **Management responsibilities**
You will be in charge of training part-time and temporary staff and managing schedules.
◎ **Managing production processes**
You will plan production lines to determine the most efficient processes.
◎ **Adjusting delivery schedules**
You will act as a liaison between customers and the production floor, handling delivery scheduling and order management.
*In the future, you could aim for roles such as plant manager.*
・A meticulous person who pays attention to organization, cleanliness, and hygiene.
・Practical experience on the production line.
