【Job Description】
You will be involved in system development tasks and project execution for core business systems, including planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance.


■ The development involves ERP projects such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, and OutSystems, as well as design and development of scratch-based systems using Java, C#, .NET, etc.
Additionally, we handle a wide range of projects including low-code development, agile development, ETL tools, CRM, and more.
■ We work on projects with system subsidiaries that are close to end users, as well as projects from large SIers and consulting firms handling a wide range of processes from upstream to downstream.
■ Some prime projects are available, and we are focusing on increasing the proportion of prime projects going forward.

【Required】
- At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry
- At least 1 year of experience in basic design to development processes (Java, C#, PLSQL, PHP, Python, etc.)

Education: At least junior high school graduate

【Preferred】
- Experience as a project leader
