Job Description

[Job Description]

Depending on your preferences and experience, you will be assigned to one of the following roles.

[QA Engineer]
This position involves handling quality assurance tasks as part of an agile QA team. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Managing test execution personnel
Test design
Understanding basic and detailed design documents
Creating test designs for individual functions
Reviewing test design documents
[Test Engineer (Leader)]
This role involves working on test projects for SHIFT, a group company. After joining, you will manage a small team (1–3 members) as the team leader and focus on testing and quality assurance. Eventually, you will be responsible for the entire process of ERP package system implementation, testing, and quality assurance. Specifically, your tasks will include:

Creating test cases
Reviewing test results
Managing team progress
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to the team

Mandatory Requirements

At least one year of experience in one of the following:

Experience in creating test cases for over 1 year
Experience in reviewing test results for over 1 year
Experience in implementing and improving quality assurance for over 1 year
Education: At least middle school graduate

Preferred Requirements

Experience as a sub-leader or higher managing a team of 2-3 members
Experience in customer negotiations related to QA
