Job Description

[Recruitment Background]
Currently, multiple contract projects focusing on commercial vehicles and construction machinery are underway at the Ageo R&D Center. The team consists mainly of mid-career to veteran employees, and a key challenge is fostering the younger generation to rejuvenate the organization. We are looking for individuals who may have limited experience but are eager to advance their careers as engineers. There are several technical specialists on the team, providing an environment conducive to knowledge transfer. Let's aim for growth as the next-generation leaders!

[Job Overview]
The initial assignment is expected to be within a contract project at the Ageo R&D Center. You will be involved in mechanical design work, primarily related to commercial vehicles and construction machinery.
*Depending on your experience and preferences, the tasks will be assigned accordingly.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD
(CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)

Education: High school graduate or higher

Preferred Requirements

Experience in mechanical design for mobility
