Job Description

**[Recruitment Background]**
At the Ageo R&D Center, multiple contract projects are underway, primarily with major automotive manufacturers, our key clients. In the medium to long term, we aim to expand our contract projects with new clients while maintaining a focus on automotive development. To support this expansion, we are seeking project leaders who can take on future projects for Persol Cross Technology. While it is important to hone your skills as an engineer, we also welcome applicants who are interested in becoming project leaders in the future. Leadership experience is not required, and the specific industry or product experience is not a concern. We are looking for individuals who have an interest in automotive and broadly defined mobility development, and who want to expand their engineering expertise.

The initial assignment will be a contract project at the Ageo R&D Center. You will be involved in mechanical design work primarily related to automobiles.
*Tasks will be assigned based on your experience and preferences.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD
(CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)

Education: High school graduate or higher
