Job Description

■ We are actively recruiting experienced and senior professionals for the mechanical design positions in the Tokai region, which we have been hiring for traditionally.
We hope to leverage your extensive experience in design and development to drive business and mentor the next generation.
*Depending on your age and experience, we may offer a proposal for a contract position (C-level).
*No limit on the number of previous companies.
*We are expecting actual design and development work (hands-on). Therefore, those who have focused primarily on management roles in recent years and have been away from hands-on design and development for an extended period (approximately 5 years or more) will not be considered.

You will be responsible for design and development work in fields such as automotive, aerospace, robotics, home appliances, etc.
*Duties will be assigned considering your experience and preferences.

■ Automotive-related (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special-purpose vehicles)
- Body, frame, and exterior design
- Interior parts design
- Engine design
- Power transmission-related design
- Chassis design
- Brake unit design
- Air conditioning-related design
- EV, HV, FCV-related design (battery, capacitor, motor design)
- Wire harness-related design, etc.

■ Aerospace-related (airplanes, helicopters, rockets, etc.)
- Airplanes (wings, tail wings, fuselage, engines, interior equipment)
- Helicopters (tail wings, aircraft structure, engines/power systems)
- Rockets (engines/power systems, electrical systems, liquid tanks), etc.

■ Industrial and consumer electronics-related
- Heavy electrical equipment (generators, motors, transformers)
- Processing machines (multifunctional processing machines, composite processing machines)
- Transport equipment (conveyors, elevators)
- Office machines (multi-function devices, inject printers)

Mandatory Requirements

【Required (MUST)】
- Experience in mechanical design, evaluation, analysis, and CAD operation
- Development experience with one of the following CAD software:
CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Education: High school diploma or higher

Preferred Requirements

- Experience using CATIA V5
- Experience using NX
- Project management experience
- Experience in designing plastic parts (interior/exterior)
