Job Description

Job Overview
We are now actively hiring experienced and senior candidates for the mechanical design positions in the Tokai region, which have been open for recruitment. We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in design and development to drive business progress and mentor junior staff.
*Depending on your age and experience, we may offer a contract employee (C-level) position.
*The number of previous employers is not a requirement.
*The role is intended for those with practical hands-on experience in design and development. If your recent experience has been mainly in management with a long gap (around 5 years or more) in hands-on design and development work, you may not be considered.

Position Overview
You will be responsible for the design and development of automobiles, aircraft, robots, home appliances, etc. The tasks will be assigned based on your experience and interests.

Detailed Tasks

Automobile-related (Passenger cars, Commercial vehicles, Special vehicles)

Body, frame, and exterior design
Interior component design
Engine design
Power transmission design
Chassis design
Brake unit design
Air conditioning design
EV, HV, FCV-related design (battery, capacitors, motor design)
Wiring harness design, etc.
Aircraft-related (Airplanes, Helicopters, Rockets, etc.)

Airplanes (wings, tail wings, fuselage, engines, interior equipment)
Helicopters (tail wings, fuselage structure, engines, power units)
Rockets (engines, power units, electrical systems, liquid tanks), etc.
Industrial, Consumer, and Other Related Equipment

Heavy electrical equipment (generators, motors, transformers)
Machining equipment (multi-functional machining machines, composite machining machines)
Transport equipment (conveyors, elevators)
Office equipment (multi-functional printers, injectors)

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in mechanical design, evaluation, analysis, and CAD operations

Education: High school graduate or higher
