Job Description


Design, cost estimation, process, and safety management work related to air conditioning and industrial equipment construction
Flow: Meeting → Site survey → Design and cost estimation (received order) Create schedule and work schedule → Arrange contractor → Site management → Trial run → Handover


The clients are mainly manufacturing factories and offices.

Not every week, but there is work on Saturdays and Sundays when the factories and offices are not operating (substitute days off are given)

(Scope of change) Work as determined by the company


Number of people: 7 (5 men, 2 women)


After the trial period (6 months), the position will be determined based on your abilities.

*We are assuming a senior level position.

Mandatory Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in construction and management of electrical, architectural, or facility work.

Required Skills/Experience: None in particular Required Characteristics: - Common sense as a member of society (minimum manners, adherence to customer rules, etc.) - Self-improvement (train and improve knowledge and skills beyond current levels) - Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (take responsibility and get things done) - Communication skills (organize construction workers)
