We have 12-13 projects, large and small, centered on megabank market systems (financial derivatives trading, market risk management, etc.) and the Financial Services Agency, and we are looking for people who can be entrusted with leadership roles or have the potential to become leaders in the future.
Many of the projects are retention projects, but 20-30% are new projects, and we are also expanding into non-financial institution areas, such as commodity trading management, where knowledge of financial products can be applied.
Since you will be able to deal directly with users from a prime to quasi-prime position, this position is suitable for people who want to challenge themselves in upstream processes or as a leader, based on the development and implementation skills they have cultivated so far.
In addition to system development, we also work on the banking business help desk, PM support work from the end user's perspective, and EUC development.

This is a newly established organization, and a new department that is expected to create new business for the company. The industry is specialized in healthcare, and we are creating core systems for customers of health checkups and medical equipment, so we aim to expand horizontally from that connection.
