[Job Description]
There are projects across a wide range of industries such as office automation (OA) equipment, automotive, and industrial machinery. You will be entrusted with tasks such as requirements definition and detailed design based on your experience and skills.

Some projects may allow you to immediately engage in upstream processes after joining.

(1) You will be involved in upstream processes as a technical expert, allowing you to take on a responsible role as a design professional.
(2) Long-term relationships with major companies provide the opportunity to see the products you design being used worldwide, giving you a sense of achievement.
(3) There are no frequent transfers or departmental changes, so you can focus on developing your expertise and skills in a specific field. You are expected to be deeply involved with one company.

Average overtime is around 20–30 hours. With a fully closed 2-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays), you can maintain a good work-life balance.
