Job Description

You will primarily be engaged in development tasks as a mechanical design engineer at development sites for major manufacturers in industries such as automotive, automotive parts, home appliances, and medical devices.
We focus on creating an environment where development work can be done in team units called "units." Depending on your experience and skills, you may eventually work as a PL (Project Leader) or PM (Project Manager).
Projects will be decided based on your experience and preferences. Please share your experience and expectations with us during the interview.

**Project Examples:**
- Design and development of automotive interior/exterior parts
- Electrical component design for EV/HEV batteries
- Design and development of next-generation medical diagnostic systems and measuring instruments
- Design and development of equipment for satellites
- Vehicle CAE analysis work (specialized CAE for crash analysis)

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants with at least 1 year of experience in design, evaluation, or analysis as a mechanical design engineer.
If you have limited or no practical experience, we will support your growth based on your background in science, particularly in the mechanical field.

- Desire to gain practical experience in upstream processes

Working Hours
