[Job Description]
There are projects across a wide range of industries, such as OA equipment, automotive, and industrial machinery. Based on your experience and skills, you will be entrusted with tasks from requirements definition to detailed design.
In some cases, you may be involved in upstream processes immediately after joining.

Features of this position

As a technical engineer, you may be involved in upstream processes, allowing you to take on a responsible position in design roles.
With long-standing relationships with major companies, you will find a sense of accomplishment as you design products that will be used in the world.
There will generally be no transfers or departmental changes, allowing you to focus on developing expertise in your field. Frequent job rotations are not part of the plan.
Overtime is typically 20-30 hours per month. With a 5-day workweek (Saturdays and Sundays off), you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while working.
