Job Description

[Job Overview]

Planning and proposing solutions to drive customer business
Responding to inquiries regarding business applications used in the engineering field of automotive manufacturers
Understanding the details of inquiries, monitoring the status of responses, providing instructions and follow-up to team members, coordinating with clients, and reporting

Assignments will be determined based on factors such as experience, areas of expertise, and skills.

Mandatory Requirements

[Required Qualifications]

Experience as a leader or sub-leader in help desk or user support roles
Experience in automotive modeling using CAD (CATIA) or knowledge of CAD (CATIA)
Education: Graduate school, university, or high school graduate

Working Hours
