Company Overview Founded in 1995 as a comprehensive human resources service company, the company is part of the Asou Group, which boasts a history and tradition dating back to 1872. The company supports "monozukuri" (manufacturing) in a wide range of fields, including information technology, mechanical engineering, and electrical/electronics, through "engineer development and outsourcing (technical staffing)." By participating in projects from upstream stages with client companies, engineers have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies and meet diverse needs. [1] Growth Support for Challenges For those who wish, the company offers the opportunity to attend a specialized AR/VR school for six months, with full coverage of the tuition fees. During this period, employees will continue to receive their regular salary. Additionally, the company offers e-learning courses, technical training, hierarchical training, and business foundation courses. [2] Developing People and Technology The company believes that technical skills alone are not enough to make an engineer valuable. Human skills are just as essential. The company focuses on training engineers who are not only technically proficient but also highly valued for their human qualities—engineers who will be sought after not only in Japan but globally. [3] Fulfilling Engineers’ Aspirations The company is dedicated to genuinely supporting engineers in achieving their career aspirations. It provides fair and dedicated support to help realize the goals behind their "I want to do this" statements. With four career counselors on staff, the company can offer specialized advice to help engineers achieve their career visions.
