■Job description: You will be engaged in cost estimation and site management for civil engineering works. You will mainly be in charge of the Nishi-Sanuki area, and will use a company car to go to the site. Since the area is only within Kagawa Prefecture, there will be no overnight business trips and almost no night shifts. (Even if there are night shifts, it will be about once every 2-3 years.) Most projects have a construction period of about six months, and you can go directly to and from work.
Our company receives many direct contracts from government agencies and has received many awards.

■Organizational structure:
There are 10 people in the assigned department, including 4 in their 40s, 2 in their 50s, and 4 in their 60s. We have many mid-career hires, so you can work with peace of mind after joining the company.

・Practical experience in civil engineering construction management
・Graduate of the Faculty of Construction Design
・Driver's license (obtained before joining the company)

・Those who have a 1st or 2nd class civil engineering construction management technician qualification
・Those who have a 1st or 2nd class construction machinery construction technician qualification
