Job Description

■Job Description
You will work as part of a team as part of the in-house development team for a major human resources company.
Currently, we are working in an agile development (scrum development) and fully remote environment.
As we are in charge of multiple projects while interacting with clients,
we will provide you with an environment where you can utilize your past experience.

This will be "scrum development", not the traditional waterfall style where each individual receives instructions and develops.
We communicate frequently with clients and quickly iterate on releases.

This is why engineers are expected to actively communicate with us.

Our responsibilities are design, development, and testing, but we also participate in various meetings such as the Daily Scrum,
and have constant contact with clients and exchange opinions through sprint reviews with clients.

Development engineers will also propose improvements, and users and engineers will work together to create the system.

■Environment
Development environment: PHP, Laravel (framework), HTML + CSS, Linux (CentOs or Ubuntu planned)
Development method: Agile (Scrum development)
Team: Planned to be 3 people or more (1 PL, 2-4 SEs/PGs planned)
Telework: Currently mainly telework, but there is a possibility of coming to the office a few times a month once the COVID situation calms down
