Job Description

■Job Description:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the overall construction, including the finished product, quality, safety, and process.
*Area: Mainly within Shiga Prefecture, but also outside the prefecture. We can also accommodate direct travel to and from the site.
*We do everything in-house, from design to construction and management, so it is easy to work with construction members.

■Our organizational structure:
Our company is divided into three major divisions: the General Affairs Division, the ICT Business Division, and the Construction Division. The ICT Business Division uses drones and laser scanners to carry out surveying work, and currently has four female employees. The Construction Division is made up of construction management, construction staff, and design staff. It is a homely atmosphere unique to a small, elite organization, and it is a system that makes it easy for each department to work together.

■Work Style
・Overtime hours (detailed within 20 hours) → ARCS overtime hours check
・Night shifts: None
・Area of ​​responsibility: Basically within Shiga Prefecture. In the case of business trips, it is the Kansai or Tokai region.
・Business trip details: (either overnight or day trip) Overnight stay. 1 to 2 months. Stay in a hotel or monthly apartment from Monday to Friday. Go home on weekends.

- Number of cases in charge, whether or not you have multiple cases: 1 case if you are a prime contractor. 1-2 cases if you are a subcontractor. (Depends on the case)

(Scope of change) Work as determined by the company

Mandatory Requirements

・Standard driver's license
・Practical experience in civil engineering construction management
・Graduate of a construction-related faculty

Preferred Requirements

Qualified civil engineering construction management engineer
・Experienced in construction management in slope industry
