In this position, you are in charge of Java-based application development as a prime vendor, as the main partner for the core system of a construction machinery manufacturer.
This time, we are looking for people who can play an active role in this department, while maintaining current accounts, and aim to develop new accounts and expand business by using the business knowledge and technical skills accumulated there.
Since this is a new initiative, it is very rewarding, and we expect you to play an active role as a leader or member who takes the initiative to launch a new business.
For example, we are currently considering a business model in which we form an alliance with a company that sells EC packages as a sales partner, and propose and receive orders for core system renewal in conjunction with the introduction of the package, and we have already implemented some of it.
One of the company's strengths is the large number of sales channels, such as the group expansion of parent companies and current account (customer) companies, and we would like to further focus on recruitment and training, expand our system, and respond to business expansion.
For reference, the following projects are other projects in the Industry 1 Division.
・Development of core systems such as production management for a construction machinery manufacturer
・Development of an online sales site for the travel industry
The construction machinery manufacturer is an existing account for this department, and has a long-term business relationship with the company for over 10 years in the areas of production management and service parts (parts list management, process management, inventory management, sales management, purchasing management, cost accounting management, etc.), and the scale of the relationship is expanding year by year.
This account started with a team of several people led by the current manager, and by paying close attention to the customer and responding proactively, they were able to secure projects and areas by holding down major vendors.
Their response, which emphasizes speed and thinking from the customer's perspective, has been highly praised.
The process covers a wide range of processes, from requirements definition to manufacturing and upstream to downstream maintenance.

If you are in your 20s when you join the company, you will be assigned as a member and aim to become a sub-leader first. This is a career plan in which you will be able to lead partners and be entrusted with a team, and then become a leader in charge of an area in your mid-30s.
If you are in your late 30s when you join the company, you will be immediately entrusted with leadership on new projects and will be self-reliant as a playing manager. You will not only be in management, but will also focus on acquiring and expanding new projects at a level where you can evaluate technology.
[Strengths and Features]
Since we have been in charge of the manufacturing core system field for many years, many of our members have deep business knowledge of the manufacturing industry. They are highly regarded for their ability to understand and manage the upstream (requirements), secure personnel, and get involved with customers and play the same role as their employees. For example, we sometimes collaborate with customers beyond the scope of the SIer, such as supporting customer budget planning.

Company Features This is an SIer established in 1988 with joint investment from Nippon Steel Corporation (now Nippon Steel Corporation) and Itochu Corporation. Even before the term "system integration" was common, we have a track record of consistently expanding our business as an open-system SIer. We have continued to grow steadily with a stable management base, while facing our customers' needs with "technology that is half a step ahead" to solve their problems, and as a prime vendor, we have challenged ourselves to develop high-value-added systems as our customers' information strategy partner. For example, we have achieved good results in multiple fields with our high technical capabilities and track record, such as derivative systems for megabanks, production management systems for the manufacturing industry, system development using cutting-edge technologies such as the cloud, and unique workflow package development. As a career, we aim to become a talent that plays three roles, known as an NCI-SE, and can participate in projects from upstream to downstream with discretion as a small but elite professional group. We also insist on being "our own way." With this as our slogan and our mid-to-long-term vision for 2022, we aim to be a company that is constantly growing and challenging itself to create and design new businesses.
