[Overview]
・Business process reform through DX (Digital Transformation) promotion
・Lead business process reform together with internal users to drive DX within the company
・Identify technological transformations, introduce new technologies, and promote business process reform

[Job Responsibilities]
・Planning and designing company-wide internal systems (collecting themes, discussions, planning)
・Developing internal system development plans (theme selection, creating execution plans)
・Initiating, promoting, and managing development projects
・Keeping up with the latest technological trends and considering the introduction of new technologies

Candidates with any of the following experiences are preferred:
・Experience as a system engineer in system development
・Experience as an IT consultant involved in system development and implementation

・Experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader in system development
・Relevant certifications are preferred

・Someone with a broad knowledge of IT, capable of communicating with users, accurately identifying and organizing issues, and linking them to solutions and improvements.
