You will be responsible for all construction management work at civil engineering sites. This work was awarded through bidding from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Yamanashi Prefecture, and Minami-Alps City.

Adjusting construction schedules, setting construction periods, on-site work management, etc.

* After coming to work, you will travel to each site in a company car.

■Characteristics of the work:
・Clients (orderers): Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Yamanashi Prefecture, Minami-Alps City, etc. Occasionally receiving orders from private companies.
・Number of sites per person: You will not be in charge of multiple sites at the same time, and will be in charge of the site as a construction management engineer.
・Construction period: About 10 months, with most sites worth 50 to 100 million yen.
・Business trips: There are no business trips, as this will only be within the prefecture (especially near Minami-Alps City).
・Organizational structure: There are currently 10 civil engineering construction management engineers. (5 in their 40s, 3 in their 50s, 2 in their 60s)

-Overtime: While you are in charge of the site, you will work about 60 hours of overtime per month, but we adjust the overtime hours depending on the months of the year when you are not in charge. Of course, all overtime is paid as overtime wages, and there is almost no night work. Currently, we are working to increase the number of annual holidays within the company.

-Process after joining the company: Immediately after joining the company, you will accompany your seniors and help out on site, and after 3 months you will be in charge of the site.

・Practical experience in civil engineering construction management
・Majoring in a civil engineering-related field
・Driver's license

・1st and 2nd class civil engineering construction management technicians
