You will be a leader or candidate for a leader in the design, development, and enhancement of our in-house developed workflow solution package. While working with your hands, you will also be in charge of leading partners and will be responsible for the phases from basic design onwards.
We have multiple clients, and depending on your career, you will start with one of the projects.

As a prime SIer, this is a wide-ranging job in which you will develop business systems based on our in-house developed package (workflow engine) while directly interacting with customers, and you will be able to advance your career as an engineer or playing manager.
Because it is in-house development, you will basically work at the head office, and during the development phase, you will visit customers about once a week.
Although it is a package, the focus is on developing business systems using workflow as a framework, allowing for highly flexible proposals and development. In addition, since it is not just about introducing it and then finishing it, but is an account (customer) business centered on workflow, you will be able to make proposals and development that are deeply involved in the customer's business.
