Job Description

The company is involved in planning and requirements definition as a prime SI in system development projects in the healthcare field, such as health checkups and health guidance.
The team size is about 36 people in total, including partners, and we are looking for someone who can lead partners and promote projects while communicating closely with customers.
The phases of responsibility cover a wide range, from requirement definition, design, manufacturing, and testing.
In addition to gaining business knowledge in the healthcare industry, the attractive thing is that you can also gain knowledge of AWS.
In 2023, we are also starting to see projects that adopt the SPA development method.

■Expected career plan
No matter what position you are in, your priority is to understand the customer's business, so you will start by deepening your understanding of the system while receiving explanations and work support from the company's employees and partners.
As this is a large project with 30 partners, the company's employees are required to play roles such as project management and technical guidance.
You will deepen your connections with customers/partners and the health care field, and build a career in system development, while aiming to step up to upstream processes, leaders, and PLs.
You will also participate in proposal activities as a system manager for new business for customers. Even if you do not have knowledge of healthcare work, we will support you to catch up, so as long as you have an interest in healthcare work and a desire to deepen your understanding, you will be fully supported.
