Job Description

■Job Description

You will be a leader in system development in the logistics industry, which is facing problems in 2024.
The project has just begun, and we are currently dispatching two programmers from our company, with plans to gradually increase the number.
In parallel with directing work to coordinate with hardware manufacturers, on-site operators, and related parties,
you will be active as a leader in program development to control the equipment.
It is not simply a team assignment, but rather a difficult job in which each company contributes its own know-how to the project, and you need to coordinate various adjustments while acting as a coordinator for the programmers.
However, I believe that you will feel a great sense of accomplishment by establishing a development route and getting several existing development projects on track.

[About assignment after joining the company]
You will be given a few days of explanation of the situation and content, and then you will start working at the customer's site.
You will have an interview with the person in charge once every six months, so you can check the situation and discuss your career path.
We hold office meetings three to four times a year to study and improve your skills, and to interact with colleagues in the engineering division.
