**【Recruitment Background】**
We are seeking founding members (presales positions) for the IT Consulting Division launched in April 2023.

**【Job Description】**
You will identify technology-related challenges based on the business strategies of clients, including those in the telecommunications, IT services, automotive, and electronics industries, and propose solutions to address these challenges. Additionally, you will contribute to the expansion and development of our business by sharing presales expertise and training with our sales team.
- Collaborating with our sales department to actively acquire prospective clients through joint sales activities
- Proposing solutions using technologies such as cloud and DX in collaboration with our consultants
- Developing implementation plans and driving projects based on proposed solutions
- Planning and executing sales (presales) training

**【Position Highlights】**
- Opportunity to engage in new project formation and sales activities utilizing the PERSOL Group's customer base of over 40,000 companies.
- Involvement in launching end-to-end services in manufacturing and IT fields by collaborating with a team of approximately 10,000 engineers.
- Partnership with a strategy consulting firm for the establishment of this business, allowing for collaborative contribution to client solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

**【Required Qualifications】**
- Experience in presales, solution sales, or proposal-based sales in the IT domain
- Experience in proposing solutions and creating grand designs to address client challenges
- Ability to understand and manage the flow from requirement definition to design, development, testing, and implementation
- Work experience at consulting firms, system integrators (SIers), or major vendors

**Education**: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, Vocational school graduate, or High school graduate

- Presales experience with various business applications (ERP, CRM, BI)
