Company Features Adventech Co., Ltd. is an IT development company based in Kudan, Tokyo. Founded in July 2007 by seven experienced engineers, Adventech has now surpassed its 10th anniversary. The company survived the aftermath of the "Lehman Shock" shortly after its establishment and is currently entering a new phase of growth. Due to increasing project requests from sectors like public services, finance, and especially insurance companies, Adventech is seeking new members. The company currently has over 20 employees and is looking to expand further with "new talent" to drive its growth. Adventech's primary business includes SES (System Engineering Services) and various IT system developments under fixed-price contracts. Currently, about 70% of the revenue comes from SES, with the remaining 30% coming from fixed-price contracts and in-house development.
